Only those members of staff who need your information for a specific purpose that we’ve given you prior notice of have access to your information. There are team members in Customer Service, Operations (Warehousing and Dispatch), Marketing, Finance and IT with access. Please be aware that we have strict procedures in place so that your information is only accessed when needed.

Most of the information we collect relates to processing your order, updating you on offers we think might interest you and any subscriptions you have with us.
